A BIT OF LEGO, A BIT OF LEARNING AND A BIT OF FUN

UM POUCO DE LEGO, APRENDIZADO E DIVERSÃO

Através do ensino International School, unificamos o aprendizado da língua inglesa às situações do dia a dia e assuntos do convívio de nossas crianças. Com o LEGO Education Set, nunca foi tão divertido trabalhar e construir em inglês!

No 4º ano, durante a primeira unidade, desvendamos um pouco das características físicas das pessoas, como altura, corpo, cor dos olhos, dos cabelos, se estes ondulados, lisos ou cacheados, e nossas crianças precisavam construir seu próprio “monster”, descrevê-lo em inglês com todas as suas características únicas e montá-lo no Lego para apresentar aos colegas.

 Trabalhamos além da criatividade, a revisão dos vocabulários e expressões próprios do tema, o uso gramatical do verbo “to be” e ainda desafiamos uns aos outros a apresentarem em inglês seu mais novo amigo.

 A diversão anda junto do aprendizado, e só assim o inglês pode ser visto como algo natural e palpável no dia a dia da criança!

 Through International School teaching, we combine the learning of the English language with our students' everyday life situations and topics of interest. With the LEGO Education Set, it has never been so fun to work and build in English!

In the 4th grade, during the first unit, we unveiled some of the physical characteristics of people, such as height, body, eye color, hair color, whether wavy, straight or curly, and our children had to build their own "monster", describe it in English with all its unique characteristics and assemble it in Lego to present it to their classmates.

We worked not only on creativity, but also on reviewing vocabulary and expressions related to the theme, the grammatical use of the verb "to be", and we challenged each other to present their newest friend in English.

Fun goes hand in hand with learning, and only then can English be seen as something natural and feasible in a child's everyday routine!
